“LIME” TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions that users (“You,” “User”) must follow when using the communication services—such as phone calls and messaging—and additional services provided by “Onlime Network” LLC (“We,” “Company”) through the LIME application (“App”).By registering in the App and becoming a user, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Therefore, please read them carefully and decide independently, freely, and without influence whether you accept them.You have the right to review and electronically express your acceptance or rejection of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement.Once you click the “Accept” button, the Company will proceed with verifying your registration information. By entering the 5-digit verification code sent to your phone number or email address into the App, your verification will be completed, and it will be considered that you have accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.If you do not wish to accept the Terms of Service, you may send your request electronically to info@onlime.mn
One. General Provisions

1.1 We offer users communication services such as free internet-based calling and messaging through our self-developed App.
1.2 The App is designed for smartphones running iOS version 15.0 or higher and Android version 9.0 or higher.
1.3 We regularly perform software development to ensure the App operates smoothly and reliably and will take necessary actions to improve the service based on your requests.
1.4 The following terms used in these Terms of Service shall be understood and applied as defined below:
1.4.1 “Company” means Onlime Network LLC, a limited liability company holding a special license to provide telecommunications services;
1.4.2 “User” means an individual who uses the services offered by the Company in accordance with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement;
1.4.3 “Service” means the activity of satisfying the User’s communication and information needs through the use of a telecommunications network;
1.4.4 “App” means the technological solution that enables the User to access and use the services offered by the Company directly, easily, and conveniently;
1.4.5 “Additional Services” means services offered by the Company, including “Travel Data,” “Pocket Data,” “Unlimited Data,” “Pocket Cinema,” “LIME Plus,” and “Gift Card.”
1.5 The scope, special conditions, fees, rights to be exercised, and obligations to be assumed in relation to the service selected by the User shall be governed by the User Agreement entered into electronically between the Company and the User. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy shall constitute an integral part of the User Agreement.
1.6 The rules, conditions, and prohibited activities to be observed by the Company and the User in connection with the use of the App shall be defined in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1.7 The service terms applicable to each additional service included in the App shall constitute an integral part of these Terms of Service..

Two. Conditions for User Registration

2.1 The User may create an account in the App using the following methods, including:
2.1.1 Entering a mobile phone number;
2.1.2 Entering an email address.
2.2 After entering the registration information, you may review the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in detail and indicate whether you agree to them. If you agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, you shall confirm your consent by clicking the “I agree” button.
2.3 If you consider that you are unable to accept all or part of the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy and choose to decline them, you may temporarily exit the App and submit your refusal request for resolution by contacting info@onlime.mn.
2.4 We will verify and authenticate Users who have agreed to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy by using one of the following methods, including:
2.4.1 Sending a five-digit verification code to your mobile phone number via SMS or voice call;
2.4.2 Sending a five-digit verification code to the WhatsApp account registered with your mobile phone number;
2.4.3 Sending a five-digit verification code to your email address.
2.5 During the App registration process, the User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the one-time five-digit verification code sent by the Company. If you lose the one-time verification code, if it is compromised, or if your smartphone or a similar device is lost or stolen, you are obliged to notify us immediately and request appropriate measures to be taken.
2.6 The User must be a citizen of Mongolia who has reached the age of 16.
2.7 If, due to incomplete or false information provided by the User in the App, a person under the age of 16 is registered as a User without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we shall, upon discovery or becoming aware of such circumstance, remove the User from registration and deactivate the service.
2.8 We shall provide services based on the following information of the User, including:
2.8.1 First and Last name;
2.8.2 Citizen registration number;
2.8.3 In the case of an organization, the registration number of the organization and the citizen registration number, first and last name of the owner;
2.8.4 Email address;
2.8.5 E-Barimt registration number;
2.8.6 Phone number;
2.8.7 Social media account;
2.8.8 Certain additional information depending on the selected service package;
2.8.9 If the User is a citizen aged between 16 and 18, contact information of a parent, legal guardian, or custodian;
2.9 The Company is entitled to implement a three-level User identification and verification process based on the User’s personal data. Participation in Level 3 verification shall be voluntary for the User.
2.10 By completing registration verification, the User shall be deemed to have completed Level 1 user verification. A Level 1 User is entitled to purchase additional services such as “Travel Data,” “Pocket Data,” “Unlimited Data,” “Pocket Cinema,” and “Gift Card,” and to make payments for such services.
2.11 If the User purchases a phone number through the App, Level 2 verification shall be completed by submitting a copy of a valid national identity card or passport. A Level 2 User is entitled to make calls, send messages, receive OTP messages, and use the “LIME Plus” service.
2.12 For Level 3 verification, the User shall submit a copy of a valid national identity card or passport and contact a Company employee to complete the verification process.
2.13 If a Level 1 User completes verification through the DAN system, the User shall be deemed a Level 3 User directly.
2.14 Upon completion of Level 3 verification, the User shall have the right to obtain printed hard copies of detailed information regarding their phone number’s calls, messages, and usage. The printing costs shall be borne by the User and shall be subject to the following fees, including:
2.14.1 The printing fee for usage information covering 1 month or 1–31 days shall be MNT 1,000;
2.14.2 The printing fee for usage information covering 2 months or 1–61 days shall be MNT 2,000;
2.14.3 The printing fee for usage information covering 3 months or more than 61 days shall be MNT 3,000.
2.15 The User shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their personal information provided in the App and shall bear full liability for any damages caused to the Company or third parties as a result of providing incomplete or false information.

Three. Service Provision Procedure

3.1 The services offered to Users are intended for the general public and aim to meet the communication and information needs of all individuals. You bear full responsibility for any messages, content, communications, or other materials transmitted through the use of the service; therefore, you are requested to use the service in compliance with the laws in force in Mongolia, the legislation enacted in accordance therewith, and the requirements set forth in these Terms of Service.
3.2 The User shall be responsible for the legal consequences of each action performed in the App while using the service.
3.3 In connection with the App services, the User may perform the following actions and access related information, including:
3.3.1 Selecting services suitable for the User (bundles, phone numbers, credits);
3.3.2 Making changes to personal information;
3.3.3 Viewing top-up and promotional history information;
3.3.4 Viewing credit balance, data balance, and service validity period information in the Account section;
3.3.5 Managing call settings (number masking, call blocking, call forwarding, creating a blacklist, enabling voicemail);
3.3.6 Changing App usage–related settings on the smartphone (enabling or disabling camera, microphone, notifications, contact list, location, and photo-sharing permissions);
3.3.7 Reviewing the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any amendments and additions thereto in the App’s Help section;
3.3.8 Submitting suggestions, requests, and complaints related to the service electronically or by phone.
3.4 As the service is internet-based, circumstances may arise in which it is not possible to connect to emergency numbers such as 101, 102, 103, 105, 108, and other emergency services. Therefore, when seeking emergency assistance, please use your mobile phone’s primary service.
3.5 Within the scope of regularly providing you with service information and recommendations, we will implement a User incentive policy and additionally offer the LIME Plus service.
3.6 Except as required by the laws of Mongolia, we do not assume an obligation to back up or store your information or any content, and message data may be deleted from the system without prior notice. Accordingly, you are advised to store any important information separately.
3.7 The Company shall continuously develop the App and perform regular maintenance and improvements to the service. If such maintenance or improvements cause interruptions to the App or the service, prior notice shall be provided through the App. To the extent possible, maintenance and improvements that may cause service interruptions shall be carried out during off hours, between 00:00 and 06:00.
3.8 A new phone number provided for the service shall have a service validity period of 90 days. If the number is not used for 30 days after the expiration of the validity period, outgoing call functionality shall be suspended; if it is not used for 60 days, all credits and other promotional entitlements associated with the number shall expire, and the number shall be returned to the market for resale.
3.9 The User may use the number masking service free of charge. Number masking applies only to voice calls, and your number will not be masked when sending messages.
3.10 The User has the right to obtain information regarding the service by contacting the Customer Support Center at +976 7211 7211, where technical assistance will be provided.

Four. Service Fees

4.1 The Company shall make available, in a clear, transparent, and accessible manner, information on call and messaging tariffs, service packages, phone numbers, and credits offered by the Company through the App and on the website at https://lime.mn.
4.2 The Company shall notify Users electronically at least 30 days in advance of any changes to the basic service tariffs or fundamental terms.
4.3 The User shall select service packages and units in accordance with their communication and information needs and use the service accordingly.
4.4 If the User fails to pay for the selected service package or units, the User shall not be able to continue using the service.
4.5 Service fees may be paid using all payment instruments accepted by the Company. All taxes and fees payable in accordance with applicable laws related to the payment are included.
4.6 If you transfer service fees via bank account, please carefully verify that the account number, amount, and transaction description are accurate. The Company shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from failure to conduct such verification.
4.7 The User may pay for services using coupons designated for use in the App.
4.8 For the purpose of limiting spam calls and messages, the User is entitled to use, free of charge, the number-blocking or blacklist services offered by the Company.

Five. Intellectual Property Protection

5.1 All text, images, photographs, graphics, user interface elements, and other content used in the App, as well as the manner of their use, design, layout, and overall style, shall constitute intellectual property of the Company or intellectual property used with permission obtained from third parties in accordance with applicable laws.
5.2 The User is granted the right to use the App services for a limited period on a paid basis pursuant to the agreement; however, the ownership and all rights of possession, control, and disposition of the App shall remain exclusively with the Company.

Six. Prohibited Activities in the App

6.1 The User shall be obliged to use the App services solely for their intended purposes and in compliance with the laws and regulations of Mongolia. The use of the service for committing crimes or violations, as well as transferring the User’s registered service rights to others, is strictly prohibited. Please note that if unlawful activities are identified through inspection or supervision by competent authorities, measures shall be taken to suspend the service.
6.2 The User is prohibited from engaging in the actions specified in Clauses 6.3 and 6.4 of these Terms of Service for the purpose of violating the lawful rights and interests of the Company, its affiliated persons, partners, other Users, or any individuals or legal entities, or causing damage thereto.
6.3 You are strictly prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or distributing the following types of information or content through the App services, including:
6.3.1 Harmful or immoral content;
6.3.2 Content that infringes upon another person’s name, honor, dignity, or business reputation;
6.3.3 False, defamatory content intended to damage another person’s name, honor, dignity, or business reputation, or content that incites unlawful actions;
6.3.4 Content that promotes pornography;
6.3.5 Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any individual or legal entity, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and related rights;
6.3.6 Spam, advertisements promoting the sale of products or services, or solicitation of donations or assistance from other service users;
6.3.7 Links containing viruses or malicious software, corrupted files, or any files or software of a similar nature.
6.4 When using the App and the Service, the following actions, whether directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited, including:
6.4.1 Attempting to discover the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the App or the Service by decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or any other means;
6.4.2 Creating derivative works based on, modifying, or transforming the App or the Service;
6.4.3 Renting, leasing, licensing, sublicensing, selling, reselling, transferring rights to, using for commercial purposes, or otherwise making the Service or the App available to any third party, except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Service;
6.4.4 Using the Service or the App for the purpose of generating profit from third parties, providing consulting services, or sharing usage;
6.4.5 Disclosing, transferring, or publishing any part of the Service or the App to third parties without the Company’s prior written consent;
6.4.6 Violating laws and regulations related to telecommunications, personal data and organizational confidentiality, advertising, and information security, as well as any other applicable laws of Mongolia and international treaties to which Mongolia is a party;
6.4.7 Using the Service for any fraudulent or other improper purposes;
6.4.8 Committing acts of violence;
6.4.9 Intentionally evading payment for any paid services other than those provided free of charge.
6.5 The User shall be responsible for any legal consequences arising from a violation of these Terms of Service or the commission of any prohibited acts. Regardless of whether the User is subject to liability under the Criminal Code or the Law on Offenses, the Company may take measures up to and including suspension of the App services, termination of the User Agreement, and deletion of the User’s account.

Seven. Service Security and Risks

7.1 We shall take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the App and the service; however, please be advised that the App service may be temporarily interrupted or experience malfunctions due to reasons beyond our control.
7.2 The Company shall conduct ongoing monitoring to detect and prevent spoofed calls, number masking, spam messages, and spam calls, and shall implement the measures specified in Clause 7.3 of these Terms of Service.
7.3 While the Company implements security and privacy measures for the App and the service, unlawful acts directed at you by other Users of the service may occur. If you encounter any unlawful acts directed at you, you may notify us at 7211 7211. User complaints shall be kept confidential, and based on the complaint you submit, we will take appropriate measures and inform you of the type of measures taken.
7.4 In the event of unexpected circumstances or delays caused by failures or malfunctions, prior notice may not be possible.
7.5 Based on an investigation and determination of the causes and circumstances of such failures or disruptions, we shall carry out corrective measures within the shortest possible time. If repairing the failure or disruption requires more than 24 hours, we shall promptly notify the User and implement contingency measures.

Eight. Conditions for Service Suspension

8.1 In addition to the cases specified in the User Agreement, the Service may be suspended and the rights and obligations of the parties under these Terms of Service shall terminate in the following circumstances, including:
8.1.1 The User has the right to discontinue the service at any time;
8.1.2 The rights or interests of a child have been violated;
8.1.3 If it is deemed that the User intentionally concealed or provided false personal information during App registration, the Company has the right to suspend the service without prior notice;
8.1.4 If the User is deemed to have violated the Terms of Service by infringing intellectual property rights of others, committing fraud, engaging in immoral or unlawful acts, or other similar conduct that may cause or has caused damage, the Company has the right to suspend the App and the service and take measures up to and including deletion of the User’s account;
8.1.5 If, during use of the service, the User employs other software or generates usage exceeding normal levels in a manner deemed likely to cause damage to the Company’s operations, the Company has the right to terminate this agreement;
8.1.6 If, due to a declaration of a state of emergency or martial law in Mongolia, or the occurrence of unexpected or force majeure circumstances, competent authorities mobilize telecommunications networks, the Company has the right to suspend the normal operation of the App and the service without prior notice;
8.2 You may delete your account in the App’s personal information section; however, please note that upon deletion of the account, any remaining units or service packages shall not be refunded.

Nine. Dispute Resolution Procedure

9.1 You have the right to submit any suggestions, complaints, or requests related to the App services by accessing the App’s “Help” section or by contacting the Customer Support Center at +976 7211 7211 to have such matters reviewed and resolved.
9.2 We shall respond to your suggestions, complaints, or requests submitted electronically within 3 business days from the date of receipt, by sending the response to the User’s registered email address.
9.3 Any disputes involving the User shall be resolved through mutual understanding and negotiation to the extent possible. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Mongolia by the International Arbitration Court of Mongolia.

Ten. Amendment

10.1 The User is obliged to review and comply with any amendments or additions to the Terms of Service immediately upon their adoption. Such terms shall be made available by being openly posted in the App, and the User shall bear the responsibility to review them.
